Our Services

15 - Emergent
Balochistan Police has introduced 15 Emergency - the one-call-away emergency app to facilitate general public of Balochistan in providing timely aid. 15 Emergency App allows you to share your location with Balochistan Police while connecting you through call. Allowing you to receive aid from nearest stations.

1715 - Non Emergent Call
Previously the complaints were received through post or a person had to travel to CPO to submit his complaint in person at the Inspector General of Police office. This initiative aims at receiving complaints through voice calls on a short code (1715).The complainant complaint escalate from for immediate dissolved Via SMS.

PKM - PMKM
The Police Mobile Khidmat Markaaz - Police Khidmat Markaaz is a source of Online Police Verification, perform their task through dedicated Buses, general public can apply through PMKM/PKM Buses & dedicated Police Stations. The Online verification will be received at your given address with in 3 days.

NATIONAL STATUS VERIFICATION
The portal improves the previously cumbersome verification process for Overseas Pakistanis and helps verify their nationality and any criminal record as part of crucial information to foreign embassies. It would not only make Balochisrtan Police more efficient but also enhance the image of Pakistan internationally.

CMS
Complaint Management System (CMS) is operational for visitors, the complainants are issued an E-Tag after receiving their application. Once the application is entered into the system its follow up is monitored and Provincial Monitoring Room located in the Central Police Office, Balochistan till conclusion.

Mobile Applications
Balochistan Police also launched various mobile apps for the convenience of the people. General Public can now utilize our Android appplications as well, 15, 1715, Women-Safety and other services through our state-of-the-art Mobile App available at Google App Store for download.

Data Command & Communication Center Balochistan Police

The Game Changer

The escalating operational situations in Balochistan, need for professionalized Police response and evidence-based policing supported by data basis have prompted Balochistan Police to digitally transform and modernize its traditional & outdated response and monitoring mechanism by establishing Data Command & Communication Center (D3C).Balochistan Police is making progress in all relevant fields, especially IT interventions. Such interventions will enhance capacity of the Police for efficient service delivery. The Balochistan Police is capable of dealing with challenges of modern crime and terrorism. New strategy will lead reduce crime rate, improve security and control terrorism in the province.

Balochistan Police didn’t have its own data center for storing and securing the critically important and sensitive data.Now Balochistan Police has its own Data center of 1400 TB Plus. It has the capacity of storing all the softwares & applications related data.This data center can store data for the next 10 years.

Digital surveillance

Surveillance cameras, we used for the purpose of observing an area. They are connected to a recording device, and watched by a surveillance agent who also monitor camera footage, analysis of footage has been made easier by automated software, by video forensics tools.

DRONE - SURVEILLANCE

Balochistan Police has launched Drone as first responder and its practical test run has just been triggered. Drone Surveillance is the close observation of a person, group of people, activities or infrastructure for the purpose of observing, managing, operating, directing or protecting. Drone surveillance presents an easier, faster and cheaper method of data/information collection as well.

Video / VFX - Editing

The audio-visual unit of Balochistan Police is also doing a lot in video/VFX editing, which includes Coverage of important events in a news story format, Feel Good videos including profiles of police officials with a human touch, day in the life of an official, personality profiles, etc. Informational videos of police procedures on issues like registering a FIR, contacting in case of an emergency, obeying traffic rules, etc.

Social Media Monitoring

After internet services expands in Balochistan, social media is a major medium of communications in the province. Police also utilize social media platforms for many purposes. Which includes: Developing an overarching narrative that cements Balochistan Police as a citizen centric and reliable entity. Educate citizens on new and existing initiatives taken by the Police.
